Chandrayaan-3’s Vikran Lander has found a “natural” seismic activity taking place near the South Pole of the Moon’s surface, as stated by the Isro (The Indian Space Research Organisation).
The equipment for detecting the seismic activity is- ILSA (the Instrument for the Lunar Seismic Activity). On 31st August, Thursday, ISRO said that it was detected by the lander that the vibration of that place was due to the movement of the mission Pragyan rover as well as other payloads.
As per the reports, earlier ISRO said that the Moon has a hypersensitive ionosphere and atmosphere-Langmuir that is RAMBHA-LP according to the radio anatomy. Reports say the Chandrayaan-3 lander has achieved great success.
The first-ever measurement of the RAMBHA-LP is of the lunar surface near the South Pole. the measurement showed various other aspects of exploring the lunar surface which means that this specific region of space doesn’t have as many electrons.
